2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Account Registration
Creating an account may be required for certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Customizations, Submissions, and Quality
4.1 Photo Uploads
By uploading a photo to our website, you confirm that you own the rights to the photo or have permission to use it. Collectible Cravings reserves the right to reject photos that violate these Terms or are deemed inappropriate.
4.2 Design Approval
For fully custom jars, you will receive a digital proof for approval. Production will not begin until you approve the design. Once approved, changes cannot be made. If we have made at least two (2) attempts to reach you to approve your design, and we have not heard back from you within 48 hours of this outreach attempt, we will consider your design approved and proceed with production. By not responding, you waive your right to request edits or changes, and accept the custom jar as-is.
4.3 Quality Tolerance
We are committed to delivering high-quality products to our customers. Each of our jars is handcrafted and customized using a sublimation process, which may result in slight variations. While we implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain high standards, you acknowledge and accept that minor imperfections may occur, including slight variations in artwork alignment, color, and clarity. These variations are inherent to the production process and do not impact the overall quality or functionality of the product.
5. Purchases and Payments

Prices are listed on our website and are subject to change. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Payments
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Collectible Cravings is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements will only be issued for defects or errors caused by Collectible Cravings.

Collectible Cravings is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.
